As most of you know, we've started to do the building work and have been booted out of the church centre for a few weeks.

Because of this, our main Sunday services will be moving into Christ Church at 2:15pm which means lie ins for all!!! If you don't know where Christ Church is, it's on Goldington Road, about 30 seconds walk from our own church centre on Denmark Street.

On Monday 9th April we had a clearing out day and loads of people came and helped to clear out furniture and equipment from the whole church building in just 6 hours, despite predictions that it should have taken a team of twenty people double that time! (There were around 180 man hours of work to be precise). The building work is now well underway, and it won't be long before there are some big changes visible on the building.

So, now you know what's going on at the church centre, please give us your opinion of the work and if you like or dislike the building being done up. What are you looking forward to, and what are you dreading? What bits would you really like to see kept, but that might be going, and what are you glad is gone? Oh, and finally, let's thank Christ Church for using their building and for being so helpful in organising their equipment so we can share it.
